3D Laser Scanning
Our laser scanner can precisely scan an object or hand-sculpted model and use that information to make an exact replica of the original, or to up-scale the copy as large as desired.

3D Computer Rendering
If you don’t have an object or model to scan, you can either send us a CAD drawing/rendering of your project, or pick one that suits your needs from our extensive library of stock renderings. If you desire, we can also create a CAD rendering or hand-sculpted maquette for you based on your own hand drawings!

3D CNC Milling
Our CNC Mill is a top-of- the-line heavy duty industrial machine (not one of those hobby-shop machines!) specially designed for high capacity precision sculpting in two and three dimensions. Patented milling bits carve details in varying sizes and textures to achieve the desired look.

Armatures
If the object is very large, custom-designed steel armatures can be fitted inside for added strength and mounting capabilities.

3D CNC Hot Wiring
Our hot wire machine carves shapes with a long super heated wire for longer continuous structures such as crown mouldings, pillars, and other architectural details.

Coatings
A special coating can be applied in varying thicknesses to protect the surface of the object from environmental conditions and impact damage. Our coatings can be applied to create the surface detail you desire. From rock textures to wood-grains, brick walls to smooth metallic surfaces – we can recreate almost any surface imaginable!
